Exempt Development assessment

Skin Penetration inspections
Ability to be contracted to Council to ensure skin penetration premises operate in a hygienic manner and the risk of skin infections and blood borne diseases can be reduced when premises are inspected routinely.
Food shop inspections
The ability to be contracted to Council to assist in getting their shires Food premises in a consistent food shop inspection program that aids in increasing the compliance against food safety standards including assessment against the physical condition of the facilities, assessment on food handling and food safety skills and knowledge of the food handlers.
Prepare a BASIX Certificate
Are you required to prepare a BASIX certificate in relation to your development? Not sure? Enquire and I can assess the requirement of needing one and issuing one.
Pre-development meetings
I can co-ordinate and attend pre-development
meetings with and without clients at council.
Lodging applications
I have experience and expertise in proficiently lodging Development Applications, Section 68/138 applications and Construction Certificates.
Property investigation
I can undertake property investigations and prepare town planning matters for properties/land, ensuring it is suitable for your needs.
Prepare reports
I can prepare town planning reports, such as Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE), Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Plan of Management (POM), and Operation management plan.
Obtain council approval
I can obtain council approval to build your new home, renovate, or fit out/change of use for all types of businesses (retail, commercial, industrial etc.)
Assistance with objections
