The Development Application (DA) process–and other Council requirements and approvals–can be somewhat challenging, at ACB Consultants I take the hassle out of your development.

How can you help me?

Whether you are building or renovating, installing a pool or constructing a shed, I can assist from start to finish. From sourcing quotes for professionals such as designers, geotechs, hydrologists, to obtaining building quotes and consulting with council. I can also lodge all of the required information through the council's planning portal, including preparing statement of environmental effects.

I'm time-poor, and don't have the brain space to think about what I need...

I have my development ready to go, but I don't understand the planning portal

Let me assist you with this, I can simply lodge all of the information you have gathered taking out the last step for you.

I need to source a professional (eg Geotech, Nathers assessor, designer), can you help?

I can source or provide with you reliable efficient professionals.

Where is your office?

I have a home based office, alternatively I can meet you in the comfort of your home, a CBD venue or onsite.

What are your hours?

I work flexibly, call me if I don’t answer I will get back to you within the day this includes weekends and after business hours.

Can you be contracted through local government?

Yes, I can do infrequent days or blocks booked in advance.

Do you hold accreditation?

Yes, I hold an A3 Council Accreditation that can be transferred operating under the contracted Council. I do not hold a private certifiers accreditation.
